Bessel Gaussian beams, recognized as a type of "lossless beam," hold significant value. In this study, we propose the design of a metasurface-integrated vertical cavity surface emitting laser capable of directly generating high-order Bessel Gaussian beams. Leveraging metasurfaces as a medium, we seamlessly integrate the functionality of Bessel Gaussian beams into a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL). This innovative approach enhances the practical applicability of VCSELs and opens new possibilities for generating high-order Bessel Gaussian beams directly.
