Vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers are wi dely used in optical communication, 3D sensing and ot her fields because of their good beam quality and easy coupling. Distributed Bragg mirror is an important com ponent of laser. We use SiO2/ZnS alternating growth to prepare DBR with a reflection bandwidth of 250nm. The threshold current of the VCSEL is 0.5mA, and the maximum optical power is 0.88mW at 4.7mA.
