Participants (from electronic engineering, economics, history and law disciplines) engaged in a reciprocal peer observation of teaching process. This article highlights the observations and lessons learned from the experiences of the participants. In doing so, the study demonstrates the potential benefits of interdisciplinary peer observation, which may encourage early career teachers to adopt a similar approach for teaching observations in other higher-level education institutes.
