Frank Long is a Director at Frontend.com, Europe’s leading User Experience design agency. After
working as an Industrial Designer for LG Electronics in the late 1990s, Frank joined Frontend in 1999
and helped navigate the agency through the .com bubble of 2001. Frank reflects here on the
changing nature of design and on how Frontend has become nationally and
internationally recognised for it’s work in UX, User research and Interaction Design.
