Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to explore how one can create a more em-bodied experience of a landscape. This subject is explored in an essay and architectural project. The essay examines how to create an em-bodied experience. It draws from a wide range of authors from different disciplines, who have dealt with similar subjects. The project itself then draws on the information and conclusions made in the essay to pro-duce a building produces more meaningful and embodied experience of itself and the landscape.
